As with our other Maeng Da strains, Kat’s Botanicals White Maeng Da is the product of countless rounds of experimentation to determine what drying process creates the most potent and most desirable alkaloid profile. Kats Kratom White Maeng Da strain contains both White Vein and Green Vein Kratom. These varieties are combined to yield a blend that is best known for giving the user a marked ‘pick me up’ effect. To produce just the right White Vein, the Kratom is dried outdoors for a full three days with the leaves and stems intact. The leaves are then dried indoors without stems for two days, resulting in a surprisingly different color and effect. For the Green Vein Kratom, a day of indoors drying followed by brief sun exposure produces the optimal final product. Like many of our other Maeng Da strains, our White Maeng Da is very potent! When using this strain for the first time, be sure to start low and go slow with your doses.

I try to alternate which variety of a strain I use. I definitely notice a difference between varieties. I've purchased Above the Waves several times and have been happy with it. Some of the red strains make me tired and decrease my sociability. I haven't noticed that with ATW.
